Buying & downloading
How we plan to deliver our premium travel guides, once the shop opens for orders.
We are preparing checkout through Payhip, with payment processing through Stripe. All guide products remain hidden while account verification and delivery checks are completed. You cannot pay for or buy a guide on this website at present. Please do not send money in response to a travel-guide enquiry.
Where we are today
You can browse our 13 travel guides, compare proposed prices, explore free itinerary previews, and send an enquiry. The full PDFs remain private while purchasing and delivery are being prepared.
Our proposed guide prices follow trip length: the same duration has the same CHF guide price, irrespective of destination. Before any sale, final tax-inclusive pricing and checkout terms will be displayed by the payment provider as applicable.
How purchasing will work
01 — Choose your itinerary. Read the destination, duration, route, guide format and pricing before deciding.
02 — Review the final total. When enabled, a secure Payhip checkout is planned to show the final total, applicable taxes and customer details, with an opportunity to correct mistakes before the order is placed.
03 — Pay securely. Payment details will be processed by the payment provider through Payhip and Stripe, not our enquiry form. We will never ask you to send your card number through email.
04 — Receive the download. After a confirmed purchase, Payhip is intended to provide a private PDF download page and a receipt email with access instructions.
These steps describe the intended future workflow. They are not active or guaranteed services today.
What your guide will include
Every purchased edition will be a digital PDF self-guided itinerary for the destination and duration shown on its product page. It provides route ideas, practical planning and destination guidance; the level of detail and page count vary by guide.
Not included: flights, hotels, rail or transit fares, attraction tickets, visas, travel insurance or bookings made on your behalf.
Each guide is intended for personal travel planning. Maps and third-party links may open outside the PDF and require internet access.
Downloading & support
Once ordering is enabled, keep the receipt email and download link. If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact Itinera.global@gmail.com with your order reference; do not include payment card details.
Download access rules, delivery timings and the applicable refund or withdrawal conditions will be stated before purchase. Digital content laws differ depending on the buyer's location, so we will not apply an unconditional “no refunds” statement.
What remains before the first sale
We must finish identifying the legal seller, review consumer and tax requirements, complete Stripe verification, test Payhip delivery and refunds, and publish final checkout terms. The site remains an enquiry-only catalogue until that work is done.
